The MM's are going to hold this until
the required amount of shs are sold.

Then the vacuum will suck it down under.

There is no reason for this stock to trade above $0. The value of their Intellectual property, brand and assets is far, far less than their debt, which cannot be paid off from business operations ever. The more they produce, the more they lose. Had they started today with zero debt then yes they might be successful. But it's too little too late. They took on all the toxic debt and can't simply dilute forever. The board of directors, Sephora, Dohr, Gates, whatever are all meaningless unless these individuals want to pay off AMRS massive and unresolveable debt which is not going to happen.
