There is a simple reason why it appears that bashers are protected. It is the same reason that such a high percentage of those banned and jailed are "longs."
The reason is this: Regardless of how obnoxious or mean-spirited you find them, bashers, to a great degree, talk about the stock/company. Longs, especially when angered or frustrated, talk about bashers.
The first rule of Ihub is "Talk about stocks." You can pump, bash and lie. You can't call someone a pumper, basher or liar. It's really quite simple, a tad sordid perhaps but simple.
