I've got a call in with the CEO and will ask the dude about this TA situation..this guy is 24/7 building the company and probably doesn't even have a clue about his transfer agent..we'll see~

The 8k is another double down on converts. This co doesn't have any money and they're raising money at a fast rate at the expense of us share holders. I should of sold when the CEO said they bought that last co and they plan on buying a lot more. In other words he's going to keep diluting the stock and when they run up to the A/S they'll either raise the A/S or do a R/S. This stock isn't going to hurt me, but I'm in till she is worthless
