I surmise the big, big days start around end of month following the court's final order divesting the 'custodianship' (as the court itself plans)... but, the court rules allow for unopposed motions to be ruled upon earlier than a scheduled date, without oral argument, based on filed papers... today's docket indicates no opposition... the path is clear for any-day-now ruling! So, for those timing things, beware!
