How do you figure? There's no proof of when the shares were issued or to whom.

But yes, there is SHOM Dilution.

What we currently know is despite all the claims of "No SHOM dilution", there has indeed been SHOM Dilution, 332,884,500 shares, at $0.0015 that's about $500k worth.

The ex interim ceo submitted UNAUDITED financials out of sequence to mislead the public.
This made it look like $ 80,000 of debt was still being carried on the books.
Fact is that debt was wiped from the books and the notes revealed a conversion to equity price
of .0001
That Debt converts into 800,500,000 shares
for liquidation.
FACT IS SHAREHOLDERS GOT DUMPED ON BIGTIME
