LMAO!!! I hope you are kidding - because the WIPO website states there isn't any International Patents - so the source you are posting states clearly that there isn't a International Patent.

Read this very carefully:

Patents are territorial rights. In general, the exclusive rights are only applicable in the country or region in which a patent has been filed and granted, in accordance with the law of that country or region.

As anyone can see - WIPO states there isn't a International patent.

Why did OWCP file for a provisional patent with the USPTO - if they had a "International Patent"? LOLOL!!!

Then prove your claim of a International patent is true by posting a link to a OWCP patent in the USPTO database. I already know the answer as do the serious investors.
