Well the rumor is still the company is going to be bought, and that the next earnings will be good. But there is always a chance the next ER is not as good as they (as in the rumor mill) hoped for and the stock price goes down due to that. It's all speculation and people hoping on dreams both ways. I'm just holding 250 shares at 3.85 waiting to see what happens
