Nice post and couldn't agree more, one thing I have learned is one cannot out smart MMs or the market not even Warren Buffet picks the bottoms or tops. Too much noise here lately (doom and gloom) yet what has changed for the worse? Only looking better and better for PPHM. I'm holding as I see PPHM way undervalued and PPHM holds many Aces in their hands and will not only become profitable from manufacturing in the near future but also from partnerships and licensing.

Nice post westjtter my feelings exactly!

Yes it always amazes me how some actually think they have the power to move share on a message board. Don't get me wrong, we do have some talented people on this board and some of the information is incredible to say the least.
But the ones calling the BOD clowns and telling us all about their trading prowess are the real gagsters. We must be real fools here to believe that some are not actually buying while trying their best to degrade the BOD, the product, or the company in general. Yes, real fools we are.
But anyway, just wanted to comment on your post and wish the true longs well. I do believe we are at the turn and I mean that for the best. I would not want to be on the side lines at this time.

RE " just can't believe we would have a group buy in aggressively(Ronin) right before the company announces a R/S"

You may want to consider the possibility that Ronin (a self described TRADER) has sold a majority of their position AFTER the 13d filing provided both price and volume.

RE "the Fat Lady(no disrespect here) has not yet sung!"

Actually she did.
That was when the "pivotal" trial called "sunrise" FAILED on the first look-in. That finished Bavi advanced human trials.
Now, a full year later, they are playing with mice again.

I completely agree with your assessment of the company. I hope come Monday I either get back in at least partially or I don't, and find that I got lucky and guessed right. Until then I needed to go with my gut and things didn't feel right for me.

I held when the stock ran from .30's to .50's ish only to watch it drop back down. I think reading the longs complain while we rode the stock up got me thinking about not selling at .50 a couple months ago. At the time I knew better, but didn't sell.

As for my in and out prices. I did post my initial purchase around August as well as my average up and then later my average down prices along the way. I also purchased 50k at as much as .539 but that was likely not included in my posted averages because I recently bought that. A couple people here have seen a copy of at least some of my purchases and no sales. I haven't sold any shares until this week and even yesterday I didn't plan on being completely out. It kinda just happened.

Don't take my selling as anything more than waking up Monday with a week long bad attitude coupled with a temper tantrum. I kind of regretted my decision after it was over but I won't be able to get completely back in by Monday even if I wanted to. I wish everyone well next week.

Let's not confuse a single trade as a brilliant trading strategy of a masterful trader if you were referring in any way to my earlier post. I traded out of my POS and got little braggadocios and chalked up the numbers. However your post was good.

I must congratulate all of the brilliant traders
on this board who always seem to buy at the low and then sell near the top....and with large holdings yet!

I too posted my buy late Dec 2016 when I thought I saw accumulation. I was in under .30, seemed like a no brainer.

I did not pick the top in my sell, and my sell was based on these things:

*Technically the chart broke resistance of .65
*The days are running out to be Nasdaq compliant and momentum is running out.
*I believe in my heart that this BOD wants the r/s. They have never shown that they care about shareholders and the r/s will help them continue their greedy ways. And I don't care what anyone on this board says, the r/s will not be good for shareholders. That's just more propaganda

If I am wrong and the SP runs to $5 plus on some news this Monday, so be it. Ill be glad for those who have suffered all these years. I personally believe that they very well could announce the r/s AH today at a SP of .55

I've made money here, not many can say that. This stock has to be played like a trade. If the match is lit while you are in, even better. Those who don't like it, or don't believe it, are just sour grapes.

I wish you all luck. I'm visiting family in Philly this weekend and woke up to a beautiful snow fall.

Cheers
Chenzo
