That's the October 2016 ruling. But anyway, as bad as it might go for the people charged, what does this have to do with Tmmi and its prospects? You keep hinting at something but never getting there. What is it that you are accusing the "key people at Tmmi" of doing? How is this relevant to Tmmi's business? How will it affect the appeal?
