Check out the chart on the bottom of this link. I've been watching this for months. Shortages and shipping and insurance due to the toxic properties of Tdi/Mdi ( Primarily used isocyanates) have been SKYROCKETING). If regulations aren't enough to get the big dogs to find alternatives quickly, there is one thing that always does, money.

Some of these big dogs make money on this, but many others have to purchase it for production. There are actually not many players in the isocyanate production game. Many people have to buy from suppliers and it's killing their margins.

Another reason for the price spike is supply and demand. There's been a shortage and the demand to mankind all types of polyurethane is going parabolic. This creates markets for alternative solutions. If HCTI'S product was companies in price a year ago, it is now half as much as the isocyanate produced binders. Having a green alternative is great, having a cheaper alternative is a gold mine. We have much more production capacity than demand for our product right now. This could scale up quickly. Everyone in the industry is well aware of these severe price increases and the lack of supply of isos. These trade shows are a bigger deal than many may think. Good luck peeps.

Not only is the stock facing dilution by a 25B AS, but after that
may still face payment of stock to NTI which will bring its
ownership to over 77%

Potentially, you'd have over 100B OS?

That would, all things being equal, imply a pps of ~ 0.00000625

... like 25B shares wasnt sad enough.

NTI management does not have HCTI shareholders interests at heart.

"It is what it is, difficult to overcome with a 25,000,000,000 OS, negligible lifetime revenue, and a guy like Kristul driving the short bus..."
