It's closer to two billion authorized and unissued. Plus, a 20-1 reverse split would not be a reverse split in the first place and therefore would not make sense. But it's obvious what they're up to: pumping it up any way they can any way they can think of so they can dilute and dump it all over again. That's all they've ever done, and don't let anybody fool you: They'll do it again. They're doing it as we speak, but they're running out of "gas" to run the wind machine.
