Quote LOL, "So, no clinics have to open but a penalty exists if they don't have at least 6 open within 24 months? "

AND HOW MUCH IS THAT "penalty" compared to the MASSIVE RETURNS the dude is gonna make on the freaking "lease-back" deal, LOL!!

He's making $20K a month, PLUS it looks like sub-lease "rent", plus some sort of "royalty" per people using "cell bank services", plus he gets rights to the first 5000 new customers or any number up to that, etc

It's like saying I'm gonna get a 100% return on my money by lending you $20K on a car at like 15% interest for several year (what the lease deal guy is getting, MINIMUM), and toss a clause in about owing you another $50K bucks later, "maybe" based on all sorts of "maybes/if/possibly could/conditios met/blah blah" TWO or THREE years down the damn road, BUT, BUT if I never give you the additional "$50K", then I owe you $500 bucks back as the ole "penalty" (LOL), after I just made like double my original $20K on you.

Big freaking whoop, LOL !! I'd double my money on you on the $20K original loan, then say, "SORRY", changed my mind and don't have the $50K part to lend right now, here's your $500 buck "penalty" back to you.

It's a classic "hard money" contract to me, and it's stiff and it looks air tight TO THE LESSOR, aka the the buyer side, NOT good terms to the USRM side, IMO.

WHY DID USRM so desperately need $500K lousy bucks, that they'd ink a deal like this one? WHY? They can't scratch up $500K to keep the lights on, via a less onerous method? They just sold one of their few, and original "revenue generating" portions of their perpetually CASH POOR little biz?? WHY? WHY DO THAT? Just like WHY SELL 19.9 MILLION common shares in Dec 2016 for a lousy $90K cash?? Also looked just as BAD A DEAL to me?
