Even if it does get done on time (odds are pretty good it won't) I can still cling to the hope the audit will reveal a touch of dirty laundry aka 'changes to accounting practices'

Risk vs. Reward - history on my side .. a binary event as risky as an audit always favors shorts imo
What could possibly be the best outcome for longs? .. Ms. Mars had forgotten some revenue in the glove box of her Volkswagen??
Even if the audit is just as the books have already revealed there is a good chance it will be a yawner and another sell the news event when you see the selling pressure that is the here and now
