You may be right about some brokers not letting people trade if under a penny, could partially explain the current action/manipulation.
It's also strange they gave up on the reverse split (at least for now).
Plenty of questions around this one. They must be sitting on some knowledge regarding if Mr. China is coming or not, especially since they said Feb. and now it's March.
Until AXPW says something, we will all just keep guessing.
