$ZMRK is a sham/scam company. NO AUDIT HAPPENING. What would be the purpose. Zalemark CAN'T uplist as there are certain uplisting requirements that have to be met; minimum daily trading activity, plus I think the stock price has to be at a minimum of $4...plus other requirements that Zalemark can't achieve.

So without an audit Zalemark can do or say anything they want until FINRA starts an investigation into Zalemark. They may have even started...I am not privy to that information.

Also, when "the paid in stock touter" states 'big news is coming', he is getting that information from Steven Zale. The paid touter is a puppet on Steven Zale's string. He has been touting this stock since I got here in 2015. The PPS has continually dropped lower every year since inception. Zalemark tries to sell its stock but they should have concentrated on trying to sell their jewelry.

In addition, no retailers wanted the jewelry as evidenced by no sales. In the January shareholder letter it states they received orders but the Super Bell factory wasn't "certified" by Crayola. They called this a 'hiccup'. But if you go back through older PR you will see that Zalemark stated they had a factory in Bangkok that was certified by Crayola. So any of their "phantom" orders could have been made in that Thailand factory. Everything in that letter was B.S.

Just remember:
Zalemark is insolvent.
Zalemark has lost over $8,000,000 of investor monies.
Who is the recipient of all that expense money that was paid out?
Plus all of the unaudited revenue for the past few years was wiped out as uncollectible bad debt. Who got the jewelry and didn't pay for it. My thinking is that it comes back to Steven Zale somehow. Remember, he plead guilty to embezzlement charges of close to $300,000. He also went to prison for three years for his part in selling cocaine.

Investors have to rely on their own due diligence and not some paid touter stating "big news is coming soon". Which is exactly what he was told to say by the felon Steven Zale.
Read the 2015 quarterly financial reports to see how stock was issued to paid touters.

No-big-$ZMRK-news-coming._The-"paid-puppet-touter"-doesn't-have-any-news. The-"gun-man"-gets-his-string-pulled-by-Steven-Zale. And-anything-that-emanates-from-Mr. Zale-is-B.S. to keep the puppet on his string and post "big news is coming".

Zalemark has no sales. The Crayola and M&M license contracts will not be renewed. I believe both licenses are in default for non payment of minimum royalties. It was a bad idea to start with. There are too many other (and better) fine jewelry designers for the consumer to choose from. No major retailer would consider either brand for store placement without a huge advertising budget by Zalemark. Plus the association with a convicted drug dealer and admitted embezzler is not good for a retailers image.

So the puppet gun man paid touter is silent when you ask him; "what big news is coming"? He has been saying that since 2015. And the PPS continues to drop to new lows. Everyone's integrity, that relates to Zalemark is gone. Just non believable. Why do you think Ernest Martell, the ex President, CEO, CFO and Director resigned or quit over a year ago. He saw the future.
