Bottom line is they claimed the audit was done for years 2014 and 2015 and in the hands of the attorneys for form 10 submission. That never happened and then they threw in 2016. The audit was done by an auditing firm and was complete (supposedly) so they should have passed the audit. Like I said this has happened before so just one of the many delays or no audit is done

Additionally, the company's securities attorney has the signed audit and is developing the Form 10 for submission to the SEC in early January.
