Thank you Mr Phoenicians for your post. Is easy to see you know a lot. But for our case, the value of the stock in your example is the value of the new company's stock (HYCT)? And what would be our warrants price? Sorry for this basic questions but I only know how much shares I had, Olti100 told me how many warrants I should have, and I wait for a miracle. Now I know that corrupted people are everywhere, not only in south america. Thanks
