Going from SCAM to merger is a MAJOR CHANGE. IMO Just go back and read post #45426. It was all about getting product out. To prove not a scam. I can point to countless other post about ADRIAN. That state he is incompetent, scammer, BLA BLA BLA .... Does not sound like merger material to me. Something very fishy is going on. IMO

1) You assume that a profitable company exists which would be interested in merging with DNA. What is the benefit of such a merger for the other company? (some energy drink recipes which are so good that they've off the market for 3 years, and access to the public trading market with a massively diluted ticker... which means kiss your investment "goodbye" when they R/S it hard to make room for their own financial agendas)

2) How is a merger good for Adrian and the furtherance of his obsession with acquisitions? He is only interested in building a corporate conglomerate, and he loses that if he merges with another company. There is no way he would still be CEO of the resultant company. If it not good for Adrian, and his agenda, it is unlikely he will be interested in pursuing it.
