Yes we have touched on that subject here .. after all it is how all these stories end shortly after the inevitable capitulation there is no choice but to do so when the market turns it's back and no buyers are left

Of course it will be to 'up list' & attract 'institutional investors' but we all know it is to hit reset and stack up the treasury to sell more shares in stinky pinky land
