Got it...thanks, I THOUGHT THAT THIS ISSUE HAD BEEN RESOLVED REGARDING CELESTE and socrates...and I remember reading this in the press release...Further as an uneventful sidenote, I remember when CBQI bought/acquired socrates and we all thought it was great news and, to use dart's phrase, "Blue skies forever"...thanks for clearing this up...jjcrunch
