I think you underestimate the sophistication of the target population. I have relatives who have considered various aesthetic procedures and they pretty thoroughly research the options. Doctors will want to be able to offer the RVNC option if it is, in fact, longer lasting.

RVNC—A 6-month interval for botulinum-toxin treatments would work quite well for treating physicians insofar as 6 months is a typical interval between treatments for dermal fillers. It’s more efficient (for both patients and docs) to get botulinum toxin and a dermal filler during the same visit.
