I don't see the the part where it is stated in the Q that if the litigation is lost that CHDT could not pay the fine/settlement. Could someone post this text from the Q?

mparker. The only lawsuit I see on the 10Q is an amended one that had previously been dismissed. I fail to see any hint that they are under a threat of being wiped out.

Can you clear this up please. Maybe you are privy to more detailed info?

MP, thanks for the clarification on this...I may not be able to make it on Monday so I AM HOPING THAT SOMEONE WILL ADDRESS the question on Monday's CC regarding the potential for getting wiped out as MP is alluding to...I still can't find which lawsuit he is referring to and where the CEO says it will wipe us out...never mind this last part, i SEE it in the contingincies section
