Yep math says it all. That's around a $1.5mil asset for UNGS not counting the oil or marina projects. Not too shabby especially with more on the horizon for GCC. They get a dispensary or grow facility that 7.4 mil could easily tripple. I'm going to add at least another mil today as I believe it may be the last shot at 1's.
