HLTH - Linuspop, i think this is a prime factor of late-- the GOP healthcare replacement proposal creates uncertainty, and "the market hates uncertainty," as is so often said. But frankly i think that replacement proposal is dead-in-the-water, since numerous Republican congressmen (and women?) have stepped up to say they can't vote for it, given their constituents' outrage.
