Meh, folks just playing the .0001/2 lottery. Gotta play these with Vegas funds and not be greedy if it moves. Most of these plays are probably groups attempting to create some volume hype just to bring in some interest. This would be a perfect candidate "IF" and that's a big "IF" the SS is accurate according to otcmarkets.
