Just my opinion, but I believe this is being taken down to scare folks into voting for the Walgreens deal. I believe it is an intentional take down with the blessings of management to get their self serving deal done. What they dont realize is that the institutional investors that are against the deal are a little smarter than they think. I have said from the time of the proposal of the 20% haircut that I do not believe the deal will get done. We shall see if I am correct.

If the deal to be acquired by WBA is voted down by RAD shareholders, RAD will tank even further.
