There could be many reasons he bought shares.tax write off for a loss? or maybe he wants to appear to have faith in the company...or maybe he knows this will go to 5.00 and we are all gonna be filthy rich and have all the oxy we ever need..the good stuff, not from elite.

Same guy dumb enough to say nobody can drop ELTP, not even the FDA. How is that working out for him?
