Remember, management can't excecute options until 2008 - which means no insiders can sell till then. I'm holding for at least two years ! I want to be in on the new 52 week highs that will be upcoming -- I think these guys are creating thier own retirement fund , why not be there for the ride !

What you say may be true! FGFC is a Financial Institution. Financial Institutions do SEC filings. SEC filings give terms on all activities of the business.

We do not know the terms of anything. What we do know is what FGFC management is attempting to accomplish thru their PR's.

For about an hour the site was up on either Thursday or Friday. From what I saw before it went back down was a web page focusing on business -- everything from financing and other matters to a business search engine type of portal that would gain revenue from occasional surfers like business cards, etc. Alot of the programs they offered referred to their own company.
