#1972 RE: Going_4_It #1971

Overall a good interview. But what bothers me is this quote and what it represents.

"The Norwegian nuclear regulatory authority has praised the safety of Lightbridge’s technology in its license to begin demonstrating the nuclear fuel in the Halden Reactor this year."

What I don't like is LTBR is notorious for quietly and gradually pushing deadlines further and further into the future. They will 'finalize' a contract for years and years, resetting the clock as they near ever goalpost. Finalize in the coming months means we will string you along indefinitely. The Halden reactor test was supposed to happen in early 2017, now we have the vague promise of this year.

http://ir.ltbridge.com/releasedetail.cfm?releaseid=921277

"The initial phase of irradiation testing is expected to begin in early 2017 and continue for about three years to reach the burnup necessary for insertion of lead test assemblies (LTAs) in a commercial power reactor. The final phase of irradiation testing necessary for batch reloads and full cores operating with a 10% power uprate and a 24-month cycle is expected to take an additional two years and be completed while LTAs have begun operating in the core of a commercial power reactor."

Yes it is still possible it will happen before mid year and I would love if it does, but based on past statements I could see it being pushed out til 2018. In the above paragraph we are looking at a 5 year testing time frame! So it needs to start NOW. The stock is at all time lows and barely holding onto $1. We can't afford any more promises that don't result in signed contracts and revenues.

His other statements at face value are exciting, but they are no different than what he has been saying for a few years now. My gut instinct is to hold through earnings but we need action and solid dates.
