Thanks...as and far as filing suit against them, don't waste your time or money. The number of suits pending against them is enormous and even those that have judgments against them haven't received much of anything. The Pueblo property has been partially assigned to another party for failure to repay loans according to their own filings. By this date it may be over 50% assigned.
