let's not forget the following:

no underwriter for the spinoff transaction
no patented technology (where do the license fees come from then?)
no customers demonstrated who actually buy the products (top 10 list)
no owned assets aside from cooperative JV's without equity ie: cash flow control
no traditional bank lending aside from pledged stock (why? if they have 100mm free cash flow)

eems what we have here is a stock selling outfit

Those who buys 350 000 shares in SIAF knows that they will push the SP at least 30% when they buy, and at least 30% when they're selling so it's a long play, if of course no of the institutions is willing to pay up. 4 months ago isn't really a long time, and they still selling like crazy, It's almost them who's selling every day. Much more the last month.
