I can't be sure. It's two companies, from the US they say. But Incentive AS is Oslo. City National Rochdale is one for sure.

You have to dig a little deeper to figure out who the other one is. Perhaps they don't show up because the 2nd loan is only $10M whereas the first one was $15M.
