Let's say this is true and is actually what is going on.

From your article:

The success rate for short attacks is over ninety percent - a success being defined as putting the company into bankruptcy or driving the stock price to pennies.

If you believe what is in that article, I don't by the way, then you believe you have an over 90% chance of losing your entire investment. If you truly believe that article applies to SUNW then continuing to hold shares would be irrational in the extreme.

Why should people buy this if there is a 90% chance of them losing everything?

Something to think about.
