I see a 4.50 stock here Cartesian made its turnaround in the 4g wireless space but now these wireless operators are starting the beta testing of the new 5g coming out to handle all the data that's required now and their consultants are in that sweet spot to capitalize on that. These consultants average a 6 figure salary. Sorry I don't have the time to dwell on it.
FYI I'm a communications consultant for the oil patch here in Alaska's north slope and I have no connection to Cartesian except for my investing interest
