CEOs and insiders - are not allowed to give brokerage advice, especially in connection to their own stock.

Also, any forward-looking predictions are considered "guidance." If you have ever read forward guidance from a legitimate company, you will note they NEVER EVER make price predictions.

Price predicitons are the job of licensed financial analysts, and must be given from a third-party standpoint.

Foward guidance must simply concern itself with cash flow, revenue, and earnings outlook.

Show me one case of a stock that trades above $5.00 projecting a share price - and I will concede my point.
