Not all gaps are always filled. If there is enough time before good news is released the MM's may try and fill it. That appears to be the case here. Just my opinion of course.

The pump on this is unwinding and may in fact drop back to 0.2 again
Looks like MJ part for 2017 is over after Sessions pricked the MJ bubble at least overvalued junk like this one needs to head back to 10-15 cents

2017 MJ bubble has burst the way the MJ stocka have tanked in past 3-4 weeks after Sessions made the statement
