Last year's 10-K came out on 3/16/16, so it may come out on the same day or just the standard 1 year after the last one as a best estimate from TDA.

I do not see how we are going to get an ER at the end of next week, when there has no been an announcement of the ER from Sigma itself as of yet...unless she everyone here missed it. Certainly, it could be that Sigma and CW dropped the ball on this, but I am a bit skeptical. one would expect an announcement with a bit more lead time....could be accurate, but
