I understand your concern...The site said that I got a two week trial and would get premium service, but for some reason it hasn't kicked in yet.

I was at the SHM in June, and you were 2 rows in front of me with I believe 4 others in your group. I'm not sure if it was one of guys in your group that asked one question of the host, but it was actually three questions and a joke was made of it.

I guess I'll have to wait until I get the service then or you can ask one of the Moderators for my email address.
