Someone is getting a big time initial look into revised timelines, progress etc. McNally isn't stupid. He would have diluted at the end of Jan with higher pps, or found a way to Jack up the share price currently.
Boyd and Portal join the ranks, still the same pr tact and an overnight vs general shelf offering. Something is afoot imho.
