BobKS, I'm sorry that I honestly just don't know the answer to that vital question, and my trying just to be logical in formulating an answer would not necessarily lead to my giving you the correct answer. Let's both of us read the plan of liquidation within the proxy package again - if I can feel anything within a mile of confidence in coming up with an answer, I'll post, otherwise not. Again, I'm sorry.

Yes, if they decide to do a reverse merger, which I doubt due to the historical lack of communication and care for shareholders.

I have been a part of various companies shells that become the new company after a reverse merger transaction. VHUB has the perfect opportunity to sell their shell with their assets liquidated.. I don't understand why they aren't pursuing this opportunity.

But yes all I did was hold my shares and the CUISP # was updated on my broker side.
