The preferred share are dropping because people are concerned that the hedge funds will give up; the legal bills run into the millions with seemingly no end in sight. Does everybody understand that the Federal Government made a very serious mistake by not appealing the Federal Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals decision regarding the documents that Sweeney examined. As a result, eventually almost all of the remaining 11000 documents will become public, and we will find out for certain if the conservatorship was truly justified.
