well, i'm sure txprincess can comment..but from the MN1.com interview, Ruffy repeatedly told the little girl that he will uphold his promise. This was the same interview he promised another girl the july 31st date and this around the time that he insinuated over and over that it would all be done by july 31st, aug 1st timeframe.

he now arrogantly calls her move "dumb azzz"..he calls it dumb ass despite the fact that the girl spent her home equity and tax money...and despite the fact he did not deliver within the time frame he insinuated. MAN WERE I IN TXPRINCESS' SHOES!
