I haven't heard much on the lawsuit, I would imagine that could get dicey as the sp has went up 2000 percent since there claim. Good for OWCP of course, not so much for kodiac.

There is not now, nor has there ever been a lawsuit filed, although there may be sone day.

All there has been, is a demand letter sent asking for restitution.

This is the process of creating a case, showing a paper trail of good faith efforts to recover damages before filing suit.

Some thought there would be a quick resolution to this. I was never one of those people. This legal proces is 4-5 years away from being resolved in my opinion, based on experience. Technically, it hasn't even begun yet.

There can be no status on a lawsuit that has never been filed yet. Forget about it for now, as it is a non factor at this point and time.

No lawsuit yet but

There will be one. The legal issues are too complex for a demand letter. Someone has to answer for 33 million shares being dumped into the market on negligence or conspiracy.
