The consensus of the board is that is always on time. But the other consensus is the government's never been on time for anything. I have no experience with btd but from what I read that if it is granted it's almost always guaranteed to be approval for the drug. The way the FDA has been treating cydy looks more like it already is btd. They have gotten special treatment already. I would be shocked if it is not granted. The only thing that might hold it back is the couple if rebounders. Pears concern,which I think is very valid. But based on that I beleive it's going to fly
