I think the answer is that in order to be recognized by the public, there are several aspects that need to be lined up properly.

1- A worthwhile Patent
2- FDA Approval
3- EPA Approval
4- Demonstration in the US Market that the device fulfills all claims that it has made.

Once all items, above, are successfully met, then you can invite the Media to witness the device in real time and then, get the Media coverage that you want.

This Media coverage will push the stock price significantly and then, everyone who has invested, after the Media Hype, will watch closely for revenue reports before adding to positions, or, selling and walking away.

Which Hospital, and when, No idea. But I suspect it will be soon.
