Is the market cap not the OSxPPS. The market cap here is given as 599k approx yet the company is worthless.The market cap in the otc world is meaningless.

Really? So O/S X PPS gives a reflection of the value of a company with no product and no assets to speak of? That is a good one. Book value would give a better picture of this POS.
