From the questions on the call, I gathered that Ray is confident in ROG support although frustrated with the whole Tullow situation. Not really sure why they would take that out on HDYN other than the fact that they brought TLW in years ago.
It also seemed that Ray was clear about only raising funds for Fatala, and that additional funding would be contingent on positive Fatala results. I personally would trade more dilution for at least a 2 well campaign beforehand. Less dilution wont matter with failure at Fatala, if you only have funds for one well. Id rather have a smaller peice of an ongoing business, than a bigger peice of a BK stock.
Ray referred to this 50/50 partner as an "independent operator" then as "this person" at the end. So hopefully these latest negociations reach the actual shot caller this time.....not just an exploration team putting a ppt together for their BODs.
