#361142 RE: Meow D itchy Kitty #361127

Interrogatories were due today.

Per the court order to ENFORCNEMENT DEBTOR NTEK, who owes enforcement creditor Long Side Ventures, NTEK was to produce - under oath - answers to a series of questions pertaining to their financial reporting, their assets available for potential seizure as well as an explanation of their agreements with David Foley, Royal Capital Group, Lisa Foley, et al.

Obviously Foley doesn't want anyone poking into his fraudulent financials, but Long Side appears pretty aggressive at this stage after chasing down NTEK for more than four years for the millions they are owed.

So I'd expect a high probability that Long Side will file an immediate motion to compel disclosure/discovery - essentially forcing NTEK to answer the original interrogatories - and ask that the court impart the appropriate fines.

At the end of the day, NTEK will continue to rack up interest on the judgement as well as any accompanying fines and try to stretch this out. I doubt Foley cares - he'll continue to dump until such time as he'd face more jail time if he continued to do so.

Who knows at this point? I wouldn't put anything past a convicted Felon. Racking up tens of thousands in fines and interest means nothing when you can simply file BK (or "reorganization" as Gulash puts it) - all the while dumping millions more until the final hammer.

That said, it might be a little tough to do since no pump firm will touch them after the last one was served immediately with a court-ordered subpeona.
