Alan, not really trying to rationalize anything, just trying to get people to look at he facts.

A couple of weeks ago I think you were stating that sophisticated investors were not going to rush in and drive up the share price once the company uplisted to the NASDAQ. I think everyone has to agree that investors did not rush in and drive up the share price based on the initial results as you predicted. But I don't agree that some sophisticated investors were not interested in investing in the company.

A group of investors were interested enough to acquire 1/3 of the company as the company uplisted and were smart enough to do it without overly inflating the share price and over paying. They paid a modest premium above the market price for the shares, but they also got warrants. So at this point they can't just start dumping shares to make a quick profit and move on.

We will just have to wait and see how this turns out in the long run to determine if these investor were sophisticated enough to pick a successful company before it started breaking even and showing profits.
