I wonder what the number is of penny that uplist. Thousands? Millions?

I think this is all wishful thinking. This company should have moved to .10 billion by now, but it still trades around a penny. I think they need a lot of cash to continue. If they uplist the next step will be to raise money through an offering. This will not only dilute shareholders but will drop the PPS back to close before the r/s. I've owned this stock for 3 years and very disappointed in the progress of the share price.
